Will a breast lift make my breasts larger?
A breast lift reshapes and raises the breasts but does not significantly increase their size. If you'd like fuller breasts, your surgeon may recommend combining the procedure with breast augmentation.
Will I have scars after a breast lift?
A breast lift does involve surgical incisions, and some scarring is unavoidable. Your surgeon carefully places incisions to minimise visibility, and scars typically fade over time.
How long is the recovery?
Most patients return to light daily activities within one to two weeks. More strenuous exercise and heavy lifting should be avoided for around four to six weeks.
Will I lose nipple sensation?
Changes in nipple sensation can occur following surgery, but these are usually temporary. Your surgeon will discuss this in more detail during your consultation.
Can I breastfeed after a breast lift?
Many women are still able to breastfeed after a breast lift, although this cannot be guaranteed. Your surgeon will explain how the procedure may affect future breastfeeding.
